Day by day

12 days, with a minimum of three points planned for each.

Day 1Arrival in Madrid
  • Arrive in Madrid and use the included airport transfer to the hotel.
  • Complete orientation on the Spain–Portugal route, local transport, group communication and the 10-night hotel sequence.
  • Take a light evening walk and briefing so travellers are ready for the first full city day.
Day 2Madrid historic centre
  • Explore Madrid’s central districts and major public landmarks using the guiding level included in the selected tier.
  • Mid-tier includes Royal Palace Madrid; Premium can add Prado Museum or the confirmed enhanced admission programme.
  • Evening dining follows the tier meal arrangement.
Day 3Madrid culture & free-choice learning
  • Use the third Madrid day for culture, museums, neighbourhood study or a selected educational / enterprise visit where contracted.
  • Basic relies on public transport; Mid-tier and Premium use the scheduled private / executive transport where practical.
  • Regroup for luggage preparation and the southbound move to Seville.
Day 4Madrid → Seville
  • Travel to Seville, check in and begin an orientation around the historic centre.
  • Introduce the city through architecture, public space and Andalusian cultural context rather than a simple photo-stop sequence.
  • Evening free time or group meal follows the selected package.
Day 5Seville heritage & flamenco
  • Explore Seville’s central heritage route and Alcázar area; Mid-tier includes the contracted Alcázar admission.
  • Mid-tier also includes a flamenco show, while Premium uses the upgraded cultural / dining version described in the final quotation.
  • Return to the hotel with enough time to prepare for Portugal.
Day 6Seville → Lisbon
  • Cross into Portugal and check in for the three-night Lisbon stay.
  • Begin a city orientation covering central districts, viewpoints and transport systems.
  • Use the evening for a supervised food / neighbourhood experience or free time under group rules.
Day 7Lisbon & Sintra
  • Explore Lisbon’s key districts and historic city character during the morning or on a separate city block.
  • Mid-tier includes a Sintra excursion with one palace admission; Premium uses the upgraded confirmed programme.
  • Return to Lisbon for an evening reflection and independent or included dining.
Day 8Lisbon culture & river city
  • Use the final Lisbon day for museums, waterfront learning, Belém / historic areas or a selected educational component.
  • Balance structured touring with responsible free time so the itinerary is not over-scheduled.
  • Prepare luggage and receive the Porto transfer briefing.
Day 9Lisbon → Porto
  • Travel north to Porto, check in and orient around the historic riverfront.
  • Use viewpoints, bridges and public spaces to introduce the city’s geography and trading identity.
  • Evening dining follows the tier plan.
Day 10Porto & Douro
  • Complete the Porto river cruise included in the programme and add a cellar / cultural visit where contracted.
  • Premium may include the Douro Valley excursion and dining experience; Mid-tier keeps the main city and river experiences included.
  • Complete final programme reflection and departure checks.
Day 11Departure from Porto
  • Check out and use the included airport transfer.
  • Complete group airline procedures with sufficient time for baggage and security.
  • Depart Portugal on the confirmed international flight.
Day 12Arrival home / programme close
  • Arrive at the final ticketed destination and complete onward travel.
  • Digital feedback and selected media / learning outputs are shared after the trip.
  • Any post-tour service issue is logged against the booking reference.
