Two F1 editions can be presented: 2026 race weekend 4–6 December (Museum of the Future interior unavailable during its temporary closure), or the recommended 2027 edition around 10–12 December after the museum’s expected Q1 2027 reopening, subject to operating confirmation.

Day by day
8 days, with a minimum of three points planned for each.
Day 1Arrival in Dubai
- Airport transfer, hotel check-in and a concise orientation on UAE laws, transport, dress expectations and group communication.
- Take a light Downtown Dubai orientation around the skyline / Dubai Mall district, depending on arrival time.
- The Tour Director confirms the F1 ticket plan, Abu Dhabi transfer timing and any timed-entry attractions.
Day 2Future Dubai & skyline
- Museum of the Future is included only when reopened and ticketed; during the current closure an alternative future / innovation stop is used.
- Continue with Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa / Downtown public-realm learning, subject to the selected ticket package.
- Use an evening reflection on architecture, city branding, technology and visitor experience.
Day 3Old Dubai + modern Dubai
- Explore Al Fahidi / Dubai Creek or another heritage route to understand the city before its modern skyline expansion.
- Contrast that experience with a contemporary landmark such as Dubai Frame, Expo City or a confirmed innovation venue.
- Finish with free time under group rules and prepare for the desert program.
Day 4Desert safari & environment
- Travel with a licensed operator for a desert experience; dune activity is subject to weather, operator policy and participant suitability.
- Use the desert setting to discuss ecology, tourism development and responsible visitor behaviour.
- Evening camp / cultural dinner components are confirmed in the final supplier itinerary rather than assumed.
Day 5Dubai → Abu Dhabi culture
- Transfer to Abu Dhabi and visit Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque with required dress and visitor protocols.
- Continue to the Saadiyat Cultural District for Louvre Abu Dhabi, Zayed National Museum or another confirmed museum experience.
- Check in and use the Corniche / city orientation for a calmer introduction to the capital.
Day 6Yas Marina · F1 practice / qualifying
- Move to Yas Island and enter the circuit according to the ticket category and session included in the package.
- Use the event to study global sports operations, sponsorship, fan experience, logistics and destination branding.
- Return transfers and post-event regrouping are coordinated because race-weekend transport demand is unusually high.
Day 7Formula 1 race day
- Attend the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix race day at Yas Marina Circuit when the departure is sold as an F1 edition.
- The package clearly states grandstand / hospitality category, inclusions and ticket restrictions before payment.
- After the race, follow the pre-arranged group transfer and safety meeting point rather than independent dispersal.
Day 8Palace / culture & departure
- Use the final day for Qasr Al Watan, teamLab Phenomena, Corniche time or another current attraction according to flight timing.
- Complete the final group reflection linking future technology, culture, tourism and mega-event management.
- Transfer to the airport and depart according to the confirmed schedule.
